We are not constrained by fixed investment holding periods. We maintain a flexible approach when it comes to structuring and are receptive to taking equity or credit positions in the capital structure. Our ultimate goal is to maximize long-term value without undue risk of loss. We invest directly as well as through fund commitments and co-investments.
Private Credit
In private lending, Helix seeks to partner with borrowers, providing the support they require to realize their goals. We work in areas that are not well served by mainstream lenders.
By listening to a borrower’s needs, we can find solutions to fill in a capital structure. While solid collateral is core to our underwriting process, we do not fund “bridges-to-nowhere” or loan-to-own. Planned and expected cash flows must support a credit in their own right.
