  • Typically invest on a deal-by-deal basis.
  • Underwrite deals on a cash-flow basis.
  • Evaluate every opportunity on a risk-reward basis.
  • Are unrestricted by investment holding periods.
  • Invest in a range of deal types, from growth capital to leveraged buy-outs, from carve-outs to special situations.
  • Take majority and minority positions, either directly acquiring a controlling stake in a business or co-investing alongside leading sponsors.
